Has anyone else tried this - I am finding it is good for short stints like brief emails. Helps with exercises, stretching and wakes you up. Helps burn some more energy, helps back, more oxygen to brain, helps pass the day more quickly, and there seems to be some more sense of achievement. Makes you appreciate sitting down more from a comfort point of view. Maybe having some elevated workstations in an office could be important to health? There are plenty of web sites on use of these desks and adjustment is important but just thought others might be interested.
