    should take a walk around dicky beach - my suburb
    I doubt I was the first to plant edibles in the front yard, but now I would say nearly 5-10% of houses have somethign edible there

    Ive got bananas, jakfruit, goji, olive, passionfruit - - others have pumpkin, masses of corriander, bananas, tomatoes - even seen a tomato hedge to stop people walking along a path besides one house -

    basil is popular, lemons, guava, passionfruit, lime,

    go planting peoples LOL

    Locally i'm lucky if any plant gets planted.
