50 kg maybe when she's both constipated and wringing wet Andrew!

If procrastination was an Olympic sport you'd be a cert.

Easiest way to clay treat a 100 acres is delving , expensive of course its a very deep ripper that brings clay to the surface as it rips . If it was combined with keyline principles it would be worth doing on permaculture properties , then it has to be spread around a bit , more cost and machinery needed . It was very popular around here on the light sandy ground post bushfire , it shut down the wind erosion others dug big pits and spread clay with whatever they could use .

Well I have been told I'm full of it on occasion,
And I'd give anything to be wringing wet right now :)

Ouch! There's no need to get nasty! ;)

Sorry - posted that before I read that you had lost your photos. Was a touch harsh…..

It's OK ... I only thought I lost all my photos. But I couldn't even get that right. When I looked later, they were all still there. Which is why I can't upload any more. sigh.

That place was years ago ... & only the front x number of acres were cleared - can't remember how many - enough to try (& fail!) to do small crops on.
How do you know how far down the clay is - if you wanted to try & bring it up with a ripper that is?
