Commercialising Australia's first native grain

    Not quite sure what to think about this. Maybe the word "commercialize" is my hang-up. From the base word "commerce" one might assume that this grain would be introduced into general commerce (trade), but in now-speak commercialize often means establishing a monopoly and extracting as much monetary profit as possible.

    fits the current gluten free fad too.

    perennial rice crop though, could be useful to some folks who have the space for it.

    Good chook tucker i'd imagine! Its got quite a native range from Tassie to North Queensland
