300 Year Old Food Forest

Let me take you on a tour of this 300-Year-old forest system, located in Vietnam. It has been tended to for 28 generations by the same family and it provides them with all the food and medicines they need all year round.

The solution to all the world’s problems can be found in a garden.

Awesome. Would be great to see a layout of this place. Ha Tien is at 10°23’3.62″N 104°29’6.40″E, on google earth. Can anyone find the garden?

I wonder how it ever got started. Was it planned? Or did it evolve from a more modest effort? Or is it a remnant of something that was common at one time?
