This is a very cool video on fungal dominated humus and enormous vegetables. Besides a humungous pumpkin, you’ll also get to see microorganisms at work, at 400x magnification.

Curious what goes on at PRI's Zaytuna Farm? If you live in northern NSW, or are passing by, you're welcome to book yourself on a farm tour (Wednesdays at 10am only). That pumpkin is huge, it sits on it’s own standard pallet too! If triffids had seeds, that’s what they’d look like. It’s enough to give you nightmares! The video of the magnified soil organisms was very cool.
